i recently stayed here for a christmas party and it exceeded my expectations. my previous visits to bromley were nice, but this time the staff were outstanding, making the experience feel like a celebration with friends. the buffet breakfast had fresh pastries and excellent coffee that started the day perfectly.

Room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast, while lacking some items, offered a great start to the day. dinner service was frustratingly slow. it took nearly 40 minutes for our main course to arrive despite the restaurant being quiet. the cold evening temperatures made the room uncomfortable at times, although the air conditioning remote was conveniently located by the bed.

the staff are super friendly n really helpful, the room was clean n comfy, the breakfasts were good, i appreciated the air conditioning during heat, great transport links to central london.

bar food was poor value for money n gym was a letdown with no free weights.

The lack of a fridge made keeping drinks cool a challenge. I noticed some delays during breakfast when trying to get a tray, which left me feeling ignored. While the hotel’s ambience was inviting, the poor service at times detracted from the experience. Room cleanliness was mostly good, but the carpet could use an update.
